Refund Policy

Zoie Learning sells 100% digital downloadable products. After successful payment, customers receive access through an instant download page and an email link.

We offer a 30-day full refund for duplicate payments, failed delivery, wrong files, or technical access issues that prevent the customer from receiving or using the purchased digital product.

If you cannot access your files, receive the wrong file, or the download link fails, contact help@zoielearning.com. We will help restore access, resend the download link, provide a corrected file, or approve a refund where applicable.

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Actual credit timelines may also depend on the payment method, bank, or payment provider.

Cancellations are not applicable after payment because the product is delivered as a digital download. For the Preschool Owner package, customization work is completed within 3-5 business days after receiving the preschool details.
