Zoie Learning collects the information needed to process orders, deliver digital downloads, provide support, handle customization follow-up, prevent fraud, and understand marketing performance.

This may include name, email address, phone number or WhatsApp number, order details, payment references from Razorpay, download access records, and advertising attribution such as UTM parameters.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Transactional emails are sent through Resend. Order records, provider lifecycle events, operational audit events, and private download files are stored using Supabase. Application errors and logs may be processed by Sentry to help diagnose checkout, fulfillment, and site reliability issues.

Zoie Learning may collect website usage and behavior data to understand how visitors use the site, identify bugs, improve UI/UX, and make the checkout experience easier.
